Cancellation Policy

📘 Life Compass Consultants – Coaching Booking Policy At Life Compass Consultants, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching experiences that foster growth, clarity, and transformation. Please review our standard booking policy below: 🗓 Booking Appointments All coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance via our Calendly link or through direct communication. Sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are confirmed once booked. New clients are encouraged to schedule a complimentary 30-minute Discovery Call prior to their first paid session. ⏰ Session Duration Standard coaching sessions are 45 minutes. Shorter or extended sessions may be arranged depending on the coaching package or client needs. 💳 Payment Policy Payment is due at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been made. Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, PayPal, or invoice (for business clients). Packages must be paid in full prior to the first session, unless otherwise agreed upon. 🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule or cancel your session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a forfeited session or a cancellation fee (typically 50% of session cost). No-shows are considered forfeited sessions and are non-refundable. ✅ Late Arrivals Sessions will end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be forfeited at the discretion of the coach. 📧 Communication All communications regarding scheduling, rescheduling, or cancellation must be made via email or through the booking platform. Clients will receive a confirmation and reminder email prior to the scheduled session. 🌱 Coaching Agreement By booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined in this booking policy. A full coaching agreement outlining roles, confidentiality, and expectations will be provided upon beginning a coaching relationship.
