Booking Policy

Booking Policy

At Life Compass Consultants, we value your time and strive to provide a seamless experience. Please review the following booking guidelines before scheduling your session.

1. Appointment Scheduling

• All services must be booked through our website at www.lifecompassconsultants.org/services.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete.

• Discovery Calls are complimentary and required before selecting certain services or packages.

2. Payment

• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise noted.

• For payment plans or split payments, an initial payment must be made before services begin.

• All payments are processed securely through our website.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us directly.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $25 late cancellation fee or forfeiture of that session, depending on the service.

• No-shows are not refundable.

4. Refund Policy

• Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales are final.

• If you're unable to complete a session, we may offer a reschedule or credit at our discretion.

5. Communication & Preparation

• Please arrive on time and come prepared with any materials requested in advance.

• Intake forms must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your first session to ensure a productive experience.

1. Coaching Is Not Therapy or Counseling

Coaching is a professional partnership focused on supporting clients in reaching their goals. It is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or other licensed mental health services. We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

2. Career Development & Resume Writing Support

Our resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, and career coaching services are designed to help you present your skills, strengths, and experience in the most effective way possible. While we provide expert guidance and professional tools to enhance your job search, we cannot guarantee job placement, interview invitations, or specific employment outcomes.

Each client’s success is influenced by a variety of external factors beyond our control, including:

• The current job market

• Employer hiring practices

• Individual effort and follow-through

• Experience, qualifications, and cultural fit

3. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for their own progress, decisions, and actions during and after the coaching relationship. The more actively and consistently you engage in the process, the more likely you are to see meaningful results. We do not make employment decisions or act as a job placement agency.

4. No Liability for Outcomes

By participating in our services, you agree that Life Compass Consultants, LLC and Amy Aguilar are not liable for any employment decisions, lack of job offers, or outcomes related to your career journey. We provide resources, strategy, and support—not guaranteed results.
